We had a slumber party yesterday and in the morning after breakfast, all 16 kids, bharat and i decided to do some quick extra curricular activities and put together a quick, fun rough music video fun. fun. fun.
When we asked Virenbhai to take part in dancing with the kids in the kite flying dance, he obviously declined. But after enough of the kids requesting, he couldn’t resist. This is our short but joyful glimpse of Virenbhai taking part in the kite flying dance choreography for the EKATVA show.

Hi! Welcome to Ashram Yoga, the Blog. I'm Jessica Loftman, and this is an online space mostly for learning, exploring, and discovering, or at least these are my aspiring hopes. Perhaps as a vision, I hope that this website can be a place of exchange, so that together we may unmask the beauties of India, the ashram tradition, and, most importantly, the eloquent practice and history of yoga. I am both a student and teacher of yoga, and a blossoming dreamer who hopes to make life a journey through the passing waves of spirituality. While in relative perspective I am but a grain of sand within the ocean of spiritual living, I do hope that this site may inspire others to more deeply uncover their perception of yoga and its practices.
