This was shot on 30 June 2008, The monsoon rains were heavy this year as you can see, look how GREEN Haidakhan is! I walked over to the Hanuman Temple which you see in the beginning which is now a Bright Oragne colour. Then down the road into Haidakhan, you will see a few chai shops open, these shops open only during the monsoon because the shops in the riverbed get washed away, when the monsoon finishes they rebuid and set up again in the riverbed. Listen to the birds starting to sing at around 4:50 and on the way up into the ashram @ 7:20. This is the way most people arrive into the ashram when the taxis can come right up to the gate. Welcome! The 10th day of Navaratri is traditionally known as “The Wedding Day” This was filmed on that day 2010, it was the celebration of the Spiritual Marriage of Two Western couples this year. Here the Groom’s party starts their journey from the Fakirabhad across the riverbed the music gets louder and the party gets bigger as it proceeds towards the awaiting brides on the Gufa side of Haidakhan Vishwamahadham!

Located in the small Indian village of Chilianaula near Ranikhet is a beautiful Haidakhan BABAJI ashram called “Anand Puri” the place of Bliss with a magnificent view of the Himalayas.
